Ezzaha: Reengineering Egyptian Food

With homemade food done right, in addition to an authentic Egyptian atmosphere that cannot be topped, Ezzaha will definitely become your new favorite destination for outings with both your friends and family.

Whether you need a quick snack or a fun lunch with your parents, they’ve got you covered. They’ve also got quite the authentic atmosphere during holidays and special times like Ramadan.

“Other than their exceptional, appetizing homemade food, the atmosphere in Ezzaha makes you feel like you’re taken to a modern authentic Egyptian alley!” -Yasmine Mohamed, frequent customer at Ezzaha

“Their fatta is definitely the best. All the ingredients are cooked to perfection,” she added.

Among all their different stations, the feteer one definitely stands out. Not only do they offer a huge variety of both sweet and savory toppings, but their preparation process itself is also a show you don’t want to miss.

“Every week, I go to Ezzaha to try a new type of feteer because their unique combination of ingredients are to die for. It’s my favourite plate at their place; it’s always fresh and done right in front of you!” said Marwan Mansour.

When asked what his favorite type of feteer is, Mansour said it’s hard to pick one, but “if I had to pick, I’d pick the sojo’ kiri!”

Ezzaha has gone beyond cooking typical egyptian food. They have added their twist to almost every item on their menu be it a main dish, a dessert or even a drink.

They have for instance the sogo’ hannoush which consists of egyptian sausages cooked with white creamy sauce and potatoes. They also have on their menu feteera ta’meya; both constituents being egyptian, this merge is definitely a first. We guarantee that these dishes are exclusive to this tweaked oriental go to place.

Other than the food, the entertainment at Ezzaha are quite unique. Rather than going with the traditional fortune cookie, Ezzaha shake things up by using an 2olla to let you know your daily luck quote (hazzak al youm).

Additionally, they bring up the kid in you by providing you with swings in the restaurant, something you will surely want to try no matter how old you are!

To add to their distinctiveness, Ezzaha’s playlist adds an oriental twist to commercial music to complement the mood in the best way possible.
