According to Arielle El Bagory, the members went to the Rehab Market carrying religious texts on the importance of being kind to animals, as well as water for the animals, cardboard for the cages, and other animal supplies to offer help. They stopped at a shop called Animal Park Pets Clinic notorious for keeping animals without food and water in 40-degree weather and throwing them in the garbage when they die. Upon trying to explain to the owners how they can improve these conditions, one of them attacked the activists by throwing canned food at them and kicking them out.

The post included a video of one of the owners shouting at the members and screaming at them to leave, while another video showed another owner subtly threatening to release a caged German Shepherd to attack the activists. One of the eye witnesses during the incident stated that the man dragged the dog out of the cage and began to hit him in order to make him angry enough to attack, but pushed him back into the cage when the crowd around the shop grew.

The members are now calling for people to boycott this pet shop on their Facebook page, describing the incident as horrific.
